Are experience here is a little different as the other days food is great warm the coffee taste fresh and delicious, unfortunately are server JIMMY need more common sense to develop is job, missing some key ingredients at the time of serving food, that make you looking for him to find a solution, not offering refills at all and having the check for the table just in the middle of are breakfast is kinda rude i guess, well i mean Bullshit !!!! My advice, next time focus in the customers forget about anything else and that way your gonna build amazing work and great tips next time.

Our server, Dawt, was the only one who seemed to have work ethic. She has a pleasant demeanor and cleaned tables, organized what she could when she wasn't helping customers. Other staff sat on their cell phones in the dining area. One of the kitchen staff came out and also joined on the cell phone action with sanitary gloves on. I hope his phone was clean.
There was also a stench. Almost like the sour smell of vomit.
Food was decent.
Higher expectation for staff by the manager and a thorough cleaning and this place would receive a better review from me! -

We went to this IHOP on our way to Virginia, we had a new waitress, or must have been new, there was 4 of us there, and all 4 orders were messed up, one of the orders was a grilled cheese sandwich and soup, they brought out bread that wasn't even toasted, with a slice of cheese in it, how hard is a grilled cheese sandwich to make? They also brought out a chicken sandwich that no one had ordered, will not be back

To start I am a fan of IHOP but I came in tonight with my girlfriend and it wasn't very busy at all. We waited to be sat an uncomfortable amount of time. Probably 12 or so minutes. It was 11pm by the way on Tuesday. There were two waitresses and one had seen us twice but never acknowledged us. The other looked at us numerous times and never once acknowledged us. She continued waiting tables and running food while the other waitress was nowhere to be seen. After seeing the waitress stop at every table whether there were guests or receipts and run to the back 5 times while making eye contact every time she was on the main floor, we decided to leave.
Sorry for the scrambled review. Currently typing this at the best Waffle House in the area awaiting our food and have only been here a fraction of the time we were waiting to be seated at IHOP. And guess what! Waffle House is just as busy with the same amount of employees. If not less. -

This is the second time in just a few weeks that I've ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette - I love it. It's good eats and with the hash browns on the side the portion is large enough that I have had enough leftovers both times to provide me with a small meal the next day. I'm not sure who thought to put shredded beef in an omelette with peppers and topped with cheese sauce and avocado, but it's a great idea.
I would like to give IHOP more stars but our server was overwhelmed with too many tables. She was obviously doing her best but management here needs to re-evaluate their server to customer ratio. Also, the 20-minute wait for around noon on a Saturday seemed a bit long. We go out for lunch nearly every Saturday to restaurants in the same general area and almost never have to wait very long or at all before we are seated.
